Aegean Sunset

A traditional Cycladic home with two floors, part of a small cluster of similar houses. It has a lovely view and sits beside Tinos Town, around 1-1.5 km from the center.

The room smelled awful when they first put us there. We asked to move, were told there were no other rooms, then later they said one had opened up because of a cancellation. The replacement was somewhat better, but the mattress was terrible and left our whole bodies aching in the morning. Our towels weren't changed for four days, there were spiders in the room, and the kitchen cupboards smelled moldy. Even taking out the rubbish was unpleasant because of the odor. A very bad stay, and I wouldn't go back.

We were very pleased with our few days here. The owners were kind and helpful, and Chora is about two kilometers away. Our apartment was around 50 square meters, with two rooms and a living area, and the kitchen had what we needed to cook and make coffee, including an ESPRESSO machine. There was also a welcome stash in the fridge with butter, jams, cakes, biscuits, coffee packets, and ESPRESSO capsules. Best of all was the private veranda facing the Aegean Sea, with such a fantastic view it was hard to leave, even with the island to explore. I highly recommend it.

Fantastic location close to the city, with a wonderful view. It was spotless, the service was good, and I'd highly recommend it.
