Odera, Tinos, Autograph Collection

The people at Odera made our stay. From the restaurants and beach cafe to housekeeping, we really enjoyed the Greek hospitality, and Costas, George, Aggeliki, Hara and Stella were especially lovely to my wife, me and our baby boy. They are the reason I'm giving the property five stars. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again. We had booked a comfortable-sized room with a beautiful view of the Aegean waters, and they provided the baby cot we requested. But about five minutes after check-in, the bathroom ceiling started leaking. Reception said maintenance would come, and someone soon arrived and fixed it, but water was left all over the bathroom. When we asked for housekeeping, the same maintenance worker came back without a uniform and began wiping the fixtures and floor with one cloth. We told him that wasn't enough and called reception again. About ten minutes later, two uniformed housekeeping staff came and cleaned it properly. After that we asked to move rooms or get an upgrade, as Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite members. Reception said they'd check availability, but we never heard back. That was our only real negative experience, and they weren't very accommodating, especially since we had to use the stairs with our 8 month old. This was our first visit to Tinos Island. We're Marriot Bonvoy members and have generally been happy with the locations and service, and although we usually go to Milos, where my wife's family is from, we wanted to see Tinos after admiring its photos online. The drive from the port wasn't smooth. Waze sent us along a frightening off-road route, which felt even less safe with our 8 month old in the car. Google Maps rerouted us, and we reached Odera soon after. A valet greeted us at the entrance, the concierge unloaded our bags, and friendly staff checked us in and showed us to the room.

The beach club was a highlight, with high quality food and drinks and service. We also loved the breakfast and the view from the bar. Odera Tinos is the island's first luxury „chain-hotel“, which must have been a challenge, and they did a good job. The staff were friendly and attentive, the food was good, the architecture was striking and the views were breathtaking. We started in a basic room and spent our last two nights in one with a private pool. If you can, choose that one. It was one of the nicest rooms I've stayed in.

Getting to Odera in Tinos isn't easy, but once we arrived, the experience felt unforgettable. The food was incredible, our room spotless and comfortable, and the views from the room, infinity pool and beach club were among the most stunning we've seen. The hotel is brand new, and the staff made it even more special: young, respectful, professional and always willing to help. Their "yes of course" felt sincere, whether we were speaking with reception, the spa or restaurant team. It might be one of the best hotels in the world. Thank you, Odera, for the wonderful service!

We've stayed at amazing hotels around the world, and this one was our favorite. The place is beautiful and clean, the design is incredible, and the service was perfect. We'll definitely be back. The one thing we missed was a room where kids could play. Also, rent a car in Tinos, it's impossible without one. Thanks for a great stay!
