Princess Andriana Resort & Spa – Ultra All Inclusive

Our three-year-old daughter had a great time, and we enjoyed our holiday overall. The hotel is modern, beautiful, and very clean, with lovely pool areas and plenty of loungers. Moonlight and Roku were excellent à la carte restaurants, especially for the cocktails and service. The buffet’s fresh pasta and salad stations were also really good. For a five-star place, though, some things need attention. The buffet tasted good but had limited variety, with the same dishes coming around most days. The kids’ waterpark pool was freezing, so younger children couldn’t stay in for long. The biggest issue was how understaffed things felt. The staff were friendly and worked hard, but during busy periods service seemed rushed at the bars, reception, housekeeping, and buffet. Housekeeping was inconsistent from one day to the next as well. We enjoyed the stay, but at this price I expected more consistency and a better five-star experience. I’d personally give it 6/10.

The animation team at Princess Andriana was fantastic. Big thanks to Dani and the team: their Variety Show was a lot of fun, and their Lion King performance was a hit with people of all ages. We loved the quiet beach, and the pool area, although busy, was surprisingly spacious, with activities for every age. The food was very tasty, and our favourite dinner was at the Japanese Rozu. We also visited the historic town of Rodhes and Lindos and loved both. My family and I had a really pleasant time at the hotel.

There was so much for the kids to do, from the waterpark to mini golf and the games room, so they were never bored and we could relax. The hotel had something for everyone, and we’d definitely book another stay. Food was delicious throughout. The à la carte restaurants were a highlight, especially the Mexican, where the dishes were full of flavour and beautifully presented. Its mini buffet had loads of choice too, making every meal feel like a treat. Konstantinos, one of the waiters there, was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and great with our kids. He made us feel very well looked after. We had an excellent stay and couldn’t fault it. We’d recommend this hotel for a fun family getaway with great food and service.

The buffet had plenty of good choices, though I wish allergen details were displayed instead of having to ask staff each time. Coral BBQ was easily our favorite for food. The private beach was lovely and relaxing for a swim, and the kids’ activities and evening shows kept them entertained. Both Asian restaurants were closed during our visit last year, and Moonlight had a nicer setting but very poor service. Still, we had a lovely family break and I’d happily return.
