Blue Lagoon

The price is very good, and the apartment has all the amenities you might need. But the location is quite remote, so you absolutely need a car, and the beach down the road wasn’t very clean. No one was there for check-in, even though I’d given my arrival time, so I had to message and eventually call. I also had to get in touch again for the WiFi. The apartment wasn’t very clean, with crumbs on the floor and dirt in the corners. Showering sent water all over the bathroom, and the toilet didn’t seal properly. The furniture is dated, and it wasn’t clear how often cleaning was done. I could have overlooked all of that, but the owner, who I hadn’t seen at all because nobody had been there to receive me, called at 1AM on my last night because the card on the app wasn’t working. There was no apology for calling so late. When he came to collect payment he was very nice, but still didn’t acknowledge how rude that late call was.

Fair price, clean room, and very close to the beach.

A clean room in a quiet place, with honest people and a fair price.

Wonderful hosts, a great place, and an excellent location. I’d go straight back!
