The staff made this stay memorable. They helped us plan day trips, shared thoughtful local tips, and remembered our preferences, all with real warmth and care. We felt like welcome guests from the moment we arrived. The hotel was spotless, well maintained, and in a great location, but it was the people who stood out. We can’t wait to return.

Niki, Katerina, and Yanni were the highlight. They greeted us with smiles, shared recommendations, and were always ready to help with our needs. The rooms were cleaned every day, too. The hotel is right in the heart of Kissamos, with shops, coffee places, sea-view restaurants, groceries, fresh gelato, tourist shops, and the beach all within walking distance. The beach is about 10 minutes away, and Falasarna and Elafonisi are also close. We felt so warmly welcomed and will be back. You won't be disappointed!

The ladies who work there are awesome, and I can't wait to return with my family this summer. It's close to the beach, with lots of shopping nearby, and there's a nice museum full of history just across the street.

It felt like staying with a friend. Everything was amazingly clean, and the snacks, especially the apples, were much appreciated, as was the chilled water.

Right in the centre of Kissamos, with tasty restaurants next door and the nearest beach about a five-minute walk away. The room was very clean and had great amenities. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I'd definitely come back.
