The people here were absolutely lovely, and the rooms were spotless with very comfortable beds. There’s an organized beach with a beach bar and a nice restaurant, while the village and other places to eat are an easy walk away. A mini market is right next to the hotel. You won’t be short of anything.

We rarely come across such kind people. The staff were incredible, and our room was spacious and comfortable, with a balcony overlooking the sea. They even left us a welcome bottle of wine. Breakfast was okay overall. Kissamos turned out to be a perfect base for exploring the beaches along the western coast. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The location works well for visiting the famous beaches on Creta’s west coast, and the hotel has a small private beach. Staff were kind and professional. It’s a nice place for an affordable stay, though the breakfast quality could be better.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, so this is just about the beach service for sunbeds and umbrellas. The staff were polite, cheerful, and always smiling. The stretch in front of Elena beach felt a bit calmer than the rest of the coast, even on slightly windy days. There’s no charge for the umbrella, you just pay for food and drinks.

The beach is sandy and easy to access, and there’s plenty to do, including jet ski and boat hire right there. Balos cruise is only a 4 minute drive away. There are lots of mini markets too, including one almost in the car park entrance, which is handy. We found the staff really friendly and helpful during our stay. The rooms were well equipped, the service was very good, and breakfast was awesome. It’s a lovely beachfront hotel in Kissamos with all the facilities you need while in Crete. Thanks.
