Eliamos Villas Hotel & Spa

We spent our days doing Pilates with Dimitri, who was a real movement pro. I teach yoga myself and highly recommend him as an instructor. The gym was outstanding too. The villas are beautiful and thoughtfully designed, and everyone was super friendly. Kefalonia is simply beautiful, and we'd love to come back for a longer stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Eliamos and would happily recommend it. The Elia Villa had a fantastic garden and an amazing outdoor salt-water pool, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday. At the bar, we were welcomed with fruity mocktails. The whole staff did a great job, everyone was kind and courteous.

Our four-year-old loved the shallow step into the pool, and she was a fan of the food too, especially the oat pancakes at breakfast. It was around 18C, but in May the water already felt pretty warm. The garden planting was one of my favorite parts, with thistles, mint, fennel and old olive trees all around the hotel. The salt-water pools were heaven, and the restaurant served delicious food with interesting flavors and local produce. The whole property is stunning, with so much thought in each element. We’ve stayed at quite a few lovely hotels around the world, and my husband and I both agree this was one of the most special and relaxing places we’ve been. The team were welcoming and sincere, and made us feel at home. Big thanks to the owners and team for creating such a wonderful place. We’ll definitely be back.

We felt grateful for how kind everyone was during our first trip to Greece. The staff here are the absolute best, so friendly, welcoming and helpful. It’s a small property, and that made the place feel intimate and never busy. I loved the gardens too, and once they’ve grown in more, they’ll be even more incredible. We stayed three nights and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner here. The food was amazing, especially the lamb and seasoned vegetables. It’s a really beautiful little property.
