The place was clean, well located, and had good facilities, so I came away with a positive impression. Ileana was consistently kind and professional, and Cristos was especially attentive at breakfast, which was good. One receptionist seemed to have a negative attitude, though, and seeing bar staff smoke beside the bar was surprising. There’s room to improve.

Iliana at reception was calm, polite, and professional, and helped offset what was otherwise a disappointing stay. The rest of the staff seemed to work hard, but the manager’s conduct made the atmosphere tense and uncomfortable. He came across as manipulative and unprofessional, which had a significant effect on my experience.

The breakfast buffet was easily the best hotel breakfast I’ve had, and the coffee was spectacular. The place itself is beautiful, too. The staff serving breakfast were top notch, and the receptionist was funny and showed us around. Ani, who served us by the pool, was genuinely lovely. So glad we picked this place.

The care from the team is what made Ftelia Bay Boutique Hotel stand out for me. I was dealing with a really difficult time personally, and everyone was so kind, attentive, and sweet. They treated me like a person, and that warmth came through in everything. The hotel is beautiful, especially the bar and pool area, where it’s easy to relax. We were welcomed with drinks and shown around, and those little touches felt thoughtful and personal. I don’t often write reviews, but I felt moved to this time. 100000% recommend, you’ll be in good hands. ❤️

Iliana made the stay feel extra special. She was helpful, kind, and always smiling. The room was comfortable, the atmosphere was great, and the location in Mykonos was amazing. I had a wonderful time here and would highly recommend the hotel.
