We chose Oliving Mykonos expecting the quiet stay it was advertised as, but our suite ended up beside a surprise birthday party for the young manager. Live music and speakers carried on with his staff and friends until after 3 a.m. We measured more than 50 dB in the room, where we were staying with our baby. It was our first trip with our little child, and instead of feeling relaxed, we felt very uncomfortable and unsafe. We messaged the manager during the party, but got no reply. He had also barely answered our emails before the stay. The next day he didn't stop by to apologise. He only came over after we decided to leave early and ask for a refund. He said he'd confirm it by email, but that message never arrived, and neither did the money. The party may not have been organised by him, but as manager he was responsible for his guests' peace and comfort. The way it was handled felt deeply disappointing and unprofessional. Later, despite clearly promising to refund two nights, he never processed it. Our card provider also told us the accommodation refused to cooperate with its recovery request, so the agreed solution was never honoured.

The hotel's atmosphere is beautiful, and the rooms are tastefully furnished. It's family-run and in a reasonable location. Breakfast was the letdown: the same fixed meal was offered each day, and staff wouldn't adjust it for the two vegetarians in our group. A little flexibility at breakfast would have improved our stay and my rating.

Breakfast brought right to the room was a lovely touch, and the hot tub was bliss in the evenings. We had a great six days here in April 2025. George and Jacob were welcoming, friendly and efficient, and housekeeping was impeccable. The rooms have everything you need, even bathroom scales, which came in handy for checking our luggage before the airport. The decor is modern. I'd happily recommend Oliving and hope to return. Thanks to the whole Oliving Team!👍🙏👍

We felt like family here, thanks in part to the really pleasant atmosphere George helped create. The owners, Jacob and Zannis, were polite and helpful, and made it clear they respected their customers and cared about the business. Our suite was amazing, and the Jacuzzi was spotless. The pool is great too. Highly recommend, with Mykonos chora and port just 5 mins away!

My favourite things were how peaceful it was, the comfy sunbeds and how friendly the staff were. Jack was especially welcoming and went above and beyond for me. The room was very spacious and had its own jacuzzi. There's also a well-equipped gym a 5 min walk away if you work out. A big thank you to the cleaner too, she kept the room so clean and even organised my untidy makeup. I really enjoyed my stay and hope to visit Mykonos again next year x
