The seaside rooms have a great view and separate beds, and the owners are very nice and friendly. There’s no AC in the rooms, and breakfast is a set menu with very few choices, no eggs or ham. You also have to climb a lot of stairs to get to the rooms.

We had a great stay and left with wonderful, unforgettable memories. The people working there were kind, positive, and helpful with everything. Our room had a lovely sea view, and the centre is only a few minutes away on foot. I’m looking forward to staying there again soon.

The veranda is lovely and breakfast is good, with a great location very close to small lemonakia beach and Calma Beach Bar. Getting up from the Kokkari center means climbing around 50-60 steps, so it may not suit older people or anyone who has difficulty with stairs. If stairs aren’t a problem for you, the beautiful view from up there makes the climb worthwhile.

These family-run rooms are clean and look out over the village. You get a nice view while having breakfast, and a pleasant beach is relatively close. The place is mostly suitable for people who are fit.

The view is absolutely outstanding, and the hotel is just a minute from the center. The owners are warm and welcoming. Our room was clean, and they cleaned it every day.
