The location is the one real plus: right in the centre of Kokkari, near the restaurants and seafront. The room itself felt very old, and the bathroom had no curtain or shower cabin, which made it uncomfortable. The kitchen was awkward to use because the ceiling was too low. For what the place offers, the price was too high.

Yorgos is from Samos, a local Kokkari resident, and the owner. He hires people from his neighborhood and spends much of his time around the apartments. The rooms are good and the A/C works. The bath drain doesn't work properly, though the water dries up after an hour. Yorgos tries to improve things and helps however he can. Politeness and a smile may be all you need. The beaches in Kokkari are good, and one thing to know is that Kokkari tap water is potable.

We had a great stay, and the owner was very helpful and hospitable. The place is close to the best beach, limenakia, and to the restaurants. The walk back means climbing stairs, like at the other hotels, so it may not suit children or older people. It worked great for us, though. Highly recommended!

The steps are the main drawback if you're older or don't feel like climbing, since the place sits on the slopes of Kokkari. Still, the shore is only a five-minute walk away. On our first trip to Kokkari, we found the host friendly and helpful, the rooms okay, and the stay nice.

The hosts are always smiling, friendly, and polite. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location is perfect, about 3-4 minutes on foot from one of the island’s best beaches and five minutes from the restaurants.
