The location was great, close to the city center and the main attractions. My room was clean, comfortable and well equipped, and breakfast had plenty of delicious options. The staff were extremely friendly and professional, always ready to help. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely return. Highly recommended!

The evening entertainment was one of the best parts of our trip. The Cuban show had brilliant performers, lively music and dancing, vibrant costumes, and a live band that created an unforgettable Caribbean feel. The Disney shows were colorful and joyful, and made us feel part of the story. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, check-in was smooth, and my room was spotless, beautifully decorated and comfortable. I slept wonderfully, and the view from the window was stunning. The amenities were top-notch, especially the breakfast buffet with its wide range of fresh, delicious choices. The service and comfort made the stay memorable. It exceeded my expectations, and I'll definitely return and recommend it to friends and family.

We really enjoyed the pool, but the beach was wow, sandy and clean. It was nice to have lifeguards keeping an eye on us. The food was good, and the steak was amazing. Our room was modern, clean and amazing, with the minibar refilled every day and the room cleaned spotless. The guest relations and concierge ladies were lovely, as was the whole front office team. We received a warm welcome and had a great stay!

We had a lovely stay with children and are coming back, as we've finally found the right place for a luxurious family holiday. The hotel offers great value for an all-inclusive stay: the quality of the food and drinks exceeded my expectations, and there are restaurants serving everything from Greek specialties to international food. The rooms are beautifully designed and the surroundings stylish. There's plenty for families, including a water slide and toboggan that kept my four-year-old busy, a sandy beach with comfortable sunbeds, a beach club, and a kids' corner in the main dining hall. The evening programs are engaging and suit children while still keeping the hotel peaceful. Service was excellent throughout, from the Front Office, including Olga Gishchak, to the dining experience.
