The house is great, and the village is nice and quiet. I stayed here in September 2018 and loved the beautiful view over Sauda bay. The beach is a ten-minute drive away, while two village shops and two taverns are within walking distance. It’s a good spot for a quiet holiday, with no traffic noise, noisy clubs or bars, or loud neighbors.

We spent a beautiful month here in September 2020. The terrace looks out over the White Mountains, Souda Bay, the open sea, and sunsets, with one of the best views you could have. The villa is very well equipped, and the hosts are caring. Its location between Chania and Rethymno is perfect, with many lovely beaches nearby. We highly recommend it.

The hosts were so friendly and helpful, and the villa has a lovely view. It’s well equipped with a kitchen, TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine and more. We also loved having the fireplace for a romantic evening. A good fit for parents with young children.

Sitting out on the balcony and taking in the view quickly became a favorite. Villa Charoupia is a special spot for families or friends, with nice views and easy access to clean, lovely sea water. It’s a reasonably priced choice if you’re looking to relax and recharge.

Very kind host, and the house was excellent for our family. The views are spectacular. It’s also close to Chania and Rethymno.
