Titans Villas Chania Villa Kronos

I still miss this place a week after leaving Crete. The pool was the main reason we chose the villa, and it was big enough for five active swimmers to play underwater. It was 1.5m deep, had air bubble massage, and stayed warm enough for swims at 7am or 10pm. My favorite thing was looking at the stars while sitting in the pool at night. We had three bedrooms and three showers, plenty for our family of five. The main bathroom's big, clean whirlpool tub was a treat before bed every night. The villa was easily the best pool villa I've stayed in, even compared with the many I've used in Southeast Asia. The host was generous and very kind. The fridge had daily bread, drinks, jam, butter, cheese and salami, plus basics like salt and pepper. There were plenty of towels, and the washing machine and dishwasher made our longer stay easier. They also cleaned midweek. With a rental car, the location worked well, less than ten minutes from Almyrida and plaka.

Renia couldn't have been more helpful, and we hope to return to Villa Kronos. The villa is beautifully presented, comfortable and clean, with a lovely pool and a big sunbed area. It's just outside Plaka, so a car is essential since walking, especially at night, isn't ideal. Plaka has several tavernas, and Elpis is the best. Almyrida is also worth the trip for its beach and restaurants.

The welcome pack and other little touches made a great stay even better. Villa Kronos has everything you need, with a fantastic pool and a fab location. We booked seven nights and will definitely return. Thanks, Renia & team.

A really cosy, lovely villa with a fantastic view. It's in a very quiet area, but close to plaka, where there are a few restaurants about 1.5 km away on foot. We had everything we needed, and the place was super clean, with one cleaning during our stay. I can strongly recommend it.
