The best part of our stay was Mrs. Raffaela. She got in touch before we arrived to coordinate the timing, and once we met, she was so kind and ready to help. She supported us through the whole visit, especially when we had some health issues. Her island tips were useful, and she quickly arranged the “Mamma Mia Tour” for us at a great price. It turned out to be a fantastic trip. Mrs. Raffaela, the receptionist, really is the heart of the place. We could properly rest here on a day when we didn’t go out. The setting is peaceful and natural, and there’s a pool with loungers, plus even a swing. Inside, everything was clean, with dependable regular cleaning. They changed the towels and sheets often, and were happy to do extra cleaning when we asked. The staff were always cheerful and friendly too. A few restaurants are close by, and the market is about 200 meters away. The nearest beach and bus stop are both around a 15-20 minute walk. Just be aware that the property sits on a hill, with a steep last 100 meters on the way back from the beach. It can feel like quite a workout. We were very happy with our July 2025 stay. The price for what you get is fantastic, and we’d recommend it.

The bedroom was spacious, the staff were really friendly, and they left us a large bottle of water with some snacks. There’s a shop nearby, along with pool bars, restaurants, and a beach. Bus stop 15 is close too. The hotel sits on a big hill, so that may not work for everyone. The views and pool area are lovely, though the pool itself was cold. The jacuzzi runs on solar power, so it wasn’t very hot, but it was still warm. There’s no hair dryer, and the shower was a bit odd and sometimes tricky to use. You can hear the restaurant down the road when it has its big nights on Mondays and Thursdays. A loud nearby cockeral woke us at 5am, so definitely pack mosquito repellent.

Apart from what happened at reception, the room had a nice design, a beautiful bathroom, and a stunning sea view. It was clean, beach towels were available to borrow, and the price was good. The hill makes the location a little challenging, but it shouldn’t be terrible for people without mobility problems. There wasn’t much natural light in the room, no mosquito screens, and the wooden pergola on the terrace was falling apart. We didn’t get the room shown in the booking offer, either. We’d chosen separate beds, only to learn when we arrived that this accommodation option wasn’t available. The mattress was uncomfortable, and when one of us moved, the whole bed shook so the other person felt it. My experience with the receptionist was very bad. He was rude and unprofessional, made unpleasant comments, and flirted with me in a way that made me extremely uncomfortable. He messaged me even though he had keys to my room. He was about 20 years older than me, which made the situation feel even more disturbing. I spent the last night there alone and didn’t feel safe. After my holiday ended, I left a bad review. I’m changing it a little now because the hotel company apologized and told me they fired him immediately. I can’t check that myself, but I believe them. They seemed surprised too and tried to address it, though I suppose they wanted to respond to the bad feedback. They were nice, but they didn’t offer any money back or ask me to return at a better price, as another company perhaps might have.

The outdoor jacuzzi under a starry night sky, with nature all around, was amazing. The room was clean and it was easy to get to the pool and jacuzzi. We enjoyed our stay so much, and Mr. Andreas was one of the best hosts we’ve met. He was kind and helpful, and we’d definitely recommend the place.
