Paris Guesthouse

The late check-in, after 15:00, meant we needed to find something to do before getting into the apartment. The hosts suggested somewhere to change, so we went to the beach, only a five-minute walk away. Driving out of the complex was tricky too: the exit is steep and meets the main road at a right angle, so you have to wait for a quiet moment. Inside, the apartment was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with large terraces off both rooms and a peaceful little meadow behind the building. Mesostrato, the restaurant at the property, was cozy and served delicious food. A couple of things could be better: the bathroom sliding door was difficult to shut, and the doors let through some noise. The entrance door was loose, and on our first night we slept with it wide open because we hadn't locked it with the key.

The family who run the place were warm and attentive, checking several times that we had what we needed. Our renovated room was very clean and comfortable, with a small kitchen that had a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and induction hob. There was plenty of outdoor space, and the restaurant food and service were both great. The bus stop 16 is right there, with buses in both directions every 10-15 minutes, and a Blue Flag beach with clear water is a five-minute walk away. The new windows keep traffic noise out of the room, though some people still rev their engines as they pass.

The property has a really tasty restaurant of its own, and they cleaned the room every day. Great spot too, right by the bus stop and just across the road from the beach. Absolutely lovely, 10/10!

Avoid this place if you don't want your holiday ruined. The rooms are old, smell bad, and feel very humid, with traffic noise too. The host was really rude.
