The owners were very friendly and helpful. They also own the Bamboon beach bar, where they gave us free sunbeds whenever we went to the beach. The place is tucked into beautiful gardens, with a lovely pool, peaceful atmosphere, and great views. Daily maid service kept everything very clean, and the beds were comfortable. Lots of tavernas are close by, Jimmy's is amazing, and the beach is nearby too. It's at the top of a very steep hill, so it may not suit you if you have mobility issues unless you rent a vehicle. Highly recommend.

We had such a relaxing holiday, thank you for a wonderful week at Villa Xanthippi. Xanthippi was a helpful, lovely host. The villa is beautifully finished, with lovely gardens and a pool, and many delicious tavernas are only a short walk away. The kitchen is well equipped if you want to cook, and the shower is fab. Agia paraskevi is a beautiful beach, and you can easily hop on the bus to other parts of the island.

Mrs. Xanthippi is always smiling, very, very nice, and ready to share whatever information you need for a perfect stay. The place is quiet and has a beautiful garden and a great pool that’s always well maintained. The cleanliness is impeccable, with cleaning every day. Villa Xanthippi has lovely studios and apartments in Agia Paraskevi, the best area in Skiathos. It’s a perfect place to stay and enjoy some quality time on a summer vacation. I truly recommend it. You’ll have a great stay and want to come back.

A cosy, clean, relaxing place, and the apartment is kept very clean. It’s a nice family-run place, with staff always ready to help. Just watch out for the sharp uphill walk to the apartments if you don’t have a car.
