The practical details were all great for us: very hot shower water with strong pressure, a really comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Breakfast was tasty and varied, and you can order an omelet made fresh while seated. There are Italian and Asian restaurants on site. The Asian restaurant was willing to adjust dishes for people keeping kosher, such as leaving out oyster sauce. The meals were excellent and convenient when we didn't feel like going out, though the restaurants are a bit expensive and portions aren't very large. The design is stunning and gave us the feeling of being in Thailand while still in Rhodes. Eirini and Christina were wonderful, doing all they could to handle our special requests and make things right. We'd definitely return if we're in Rhodes again.

I'd definitely stay here again. One night, a restaurant never took our order, so we ended up leaving. Pool towels were the other snag: you get a card to collect them by the pool, but supplies are limited, basically first come, first served until fresh towels are put out.

The hotel is a bit out of the way, so I'd recommend hiring a car, which you can arrange at reception. The rooms are modern and tidy, and the hotel is very nice. I'm celiac and they looked after me well, with plenty of gluten-free choices and staff happy to modify meals.

The hotel looked beautiful, and the food and wait staff were excellent. But the noise and room issues made the stay hard to enjoy. We were woken every morning around 7:30-8 by cleaners upstairs moving beds. The walls seemed paper thin, so we could hear everything outside our room. Cleaners also came in even though our door clearly said do not disturb. Some receptionists weren't very helpful. For what we paid, I think our money would have been better spent elsewhere, so I'm not sure I'd come back.
