Paralos Rodos Lifestyle Hotel

The food and restaurant service were 10/10. There was a delicious selection with plenty of variety each day, so everyone could find something they liked. Marina was especially kind and always greeted guests with a smile. The bar gets 11/10 from me. Genti and Xhoni were amazing, friendly, and made the atmosphere fantastic. We had a generally good impression, though there were some downsides. After arriving in the evening, we went to dinner and then got a room with a beautiful mountain view. It was clean and clearly recently renovated, but the TV didn’t work, and we couldn’t find the air conditioner remote. We only got it two days later, after asking. Rooms were cleaned every day, but toiletries weren’t always replenished. The hotel still seemed to be finishing its renovation, with dirty windows, shaky railings, and landscaping or planting work still going on. Being so close to the sea was a big plus. The sunbeds were comfortable, and the hotel supplied swimming towels. Evenings included different performances, live music nights, and entertainment programs. Reception was a mixed experience, I’d give the staff 4/10 because the problems we had weren’t sorted quickly. Dominik, the hotel animator, was the soul of the place: always cheerful and energetic, and encouraging guests to join in. We especially enjoyed pétanque on the beach.

We liked that this was a smaller hotel rather than an overcrowded mega resort. It sits right on a pebble beach, and the rooms were clean and cozy, with balconies. The staff were very pleasant and helpful, and the all-inclusive meals were delicious with a good range each day. There was something for everyone, and the beach loungers were free. From my perspective, there was nothing to complain about.

The food was fantastic, with a great choice at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The serving staff were helpful and always stopped for a chat. We also had dinner one night at the adjoining a la carte restaurant, which was as good as any top restaurant you’d go to. The Rose wine was a particular favorite. We stayed for a week in June and can’t fault the experience. Service was top class from the start. Our room came with its own pool, which was amazing, and the pool area was clean with comfortable sunbeds. The room could use a few minor upgrades, but there was nothing to complain about. Each day, we could choose whether to have it cleaned by adjusting the digital screen outside to alert the cleaner. We’ll definitely stay again and can’t wait to see how much more they’ve improved. Highly recommend a stay here.

Some of the staff were polite and did their best, but the way our complaint was handled was extremely disappointing. We never felt settled enough to unpack. We won’t return or recommend this hotel to anyone expecting the quality shown in the photos or described in the booking details. We’ve stayed at a few places over the last few years and have NEVER been treated this way. We were at Paralos Rodos Lifestyle in October 2025. Our flight was delayed by three hours, so we reached the hotel around 4am, exhausted and hoping to rest. The receptionist was polite, and a staff member kindly walked us to our room, but things went downhill from there. We had booked and paid an extra £132 per person for a private pool room. The first room, Room 119, was in very poor condition, with mould in the bathroom, exposed wires, broken switches and chairs, and a pool that looked nothing like the online pictures. When we raised it, we were told to wait until the manager arrived at 10am. We didn’t unpack or sleep in the bed that night. We were moved four times during the stay. First came Room 430, which had a terrible sewage smell from a drain inside the room. My partner covered it with a towel, and twice after cleaning the towel hadn’t moved, so the cleaners definitely knew about the smell. Next was Room 221, clean and modern but without the private pool we’d paid for. We were allowed to stay in Room 104 for ONE night because they said they were fully booked. It had a swim-up pool, but still wasn’t a private pool room. One night in a room with a pool didn’t make up for six nights without the experience we’d paid for. We kept in touch with Jet2 throughout, and they also tried to work with the hotel to fix the problem. Despite their efforts, we never got the room we’d booked for the full holiday. We felt management kept moving us around to keep us quiet until departure. The staff were polite and tried their best, but the overall handling left us very disappointed. We wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting the quality advertised.
