After a long drive, my husband asked at reception whether the hotel had a room. The young receptionist and another person in the back office said there were none. I then booked through booking. com and, somehow, a room was available. Nobody explained why they had turned us away. The staff seemed not to care at all. If the welcome had been better, I would have given more stars. My tip: book through booking. com, it was cheaper too.

The honeycomb with natural honey served straight from it was a real highlight. I came for the open buffet breakfast and was impressed by the range of dishes, how fresh everything was, and the presentation. A great choice if you enjoy a generous, tasty breakfast.

Just a five-minute walk from the center of Komotini, this hotel was cozy and very clean. The customer service was exceptional. Highly recommended.

The room felt a little too small, but everything else was great. It was neat and clean, and breakfast was great too. Thank you.

The staff were kind and very helpful, and the hotel itself is modern and clean. You can park for free in the front lot if you arrive at the right time. Don't let the neighborhood put you off, Komotini is a lovely little city.
