Americans, stay away! We paid extra for the resort's "presidential suite," supposedly its best room, and it was laughably bad. The bathroom had mildew, the furniture was old and stained, there were no kitchen supplies, the sink was dirty, and the kiddie pool right outside the front door meant zero privacy. The woman at reception wasn't apologetic and didn't seem to understand the problem. They wouldn't give us even a partial refund, so we left without staying a single night. The location was awful too, right beside the noisy main port, with a busy road between the rooms and a dirty public beach. There wasn't even a crosswalk to get the kids across safely. Don't be fooled by the slick website video. We had to slow it down to confirm we were actually at the advertised resort. You could find better accommodation at a three-star motel on the Jersey Shore. This was blatant false advertising. Stay away.

It's near the beaches, restaurants, and ferry, and has a nice pool and sauna. The breakfast could be better.

For 580 EUR a night, or 2,900 EUR for five nights for three adults and two kids in one room, this was completely unjustified. The pool was dirty, and the hotel had repeated power cuts. Our first room had mold on the wall by the bed. After we complained, they moved us, but the new room had broken furniture too. Porto Kea Suites didn't feel like a real five-star stay, and the manager kept denying the problems and hiding behind the hotel's five-star certification instead of dealing with them. Enjoy your holidays, but stay away from this scam.

We had a fantastic stay with the family. The atmosphere was warm, and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and great for kids. The manager was kind and attentive, going out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. We felt right at home, and we'd definitely come back. Highly recommended for families!
