The gardens are lovely, and the public areas felt clean, well looked after and up to a good standard. The food had plenty of variety and tasted good, especially considering the hotel caters to guests from many countries. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout. It’s in a quiet spot about a 30-minute walk from Kos Town, with a regular bus stopping outside or taxis for 8 euros. We found the drinks disappointing. During the day, All Inclusive covered beer, wine, soft drinks and, oddly, cocktails, but no spirits with mixers. The full drinks menu only started at 5pm. My wife and I found the spirits and mixers pretty much undrinkable, so we bought named brands from the hotel supermarket. The lager was okay, to be fair. Our bedroom was tired and needs a complete overhaul, though it was kept pretty clean. We liked a lot about this hotel, but the room and drinks let it down. We’d have been happy to pay a bit more if those had been improved.

We ended up adding two nights to our original seven-night October booking because we felt so at home and enjoyed the stay so much. The food was amazing, with lots of choices each day and a home-cooked feel to it. Our room was spacious and had great views. The hotel sits right on the beach, so it’s a nice place to relax. There’s also plenty of space around the pool, plus a bar, lounge and games room. Kos Town is about a 30-minute walk away, with plenty of restaurants and bars along the way. The staff were friendly and helpful, and a special thanks to Manager Onur for making the stay so special.

The rooms and a few parts of the hotel looked old, and a proper renovation would be suitable. Even so, I had a great experience. There’s a beach, pool, bars with free alcoholic drinks, tasty food, and a kind reception. The manager was very helpful and professional, and the free table tennis and tennis were a nice touch that delighted me. I wish the hotel and its personnel all the best.

The service really stood out. Everyone was extremely helpful and you could feel the hospitality. The beach was nice and clean, though by around 9-10am there were no available umbrellas, despite them not being free of charge. The hotel is also well placed for Kos City, about a 30-minute walk, or you can take the bus for 2 euro per person, sometimes 1 euro. The food was tasty and varied, but it could get crowded and we sometimes had to wait for a table. The animation team was nice, though there were only two members, including Kat, who I really liked. I think that was sometimes not enough for so many people. The hotel feels old-fashioned. Our room was old but clean, had a good mattress, and the fridge smelled weird. There was no bottled water in the room, and only one English TV station, with the rest in German. We had a problem with the locker, but the service repaired it quickly.

The food was plentiful and there was lots of variety. Staff were friendly and the hotel was lovely. Our spacious room had patio doors opening onto a balcony, and room 330 faced the back of the hotel with mountain views. The room cleaning wasn't great, though. The drinks were shocking, with just one beer choice and it wasn't great. The cocktails were poor too, and the entertainment was mediocre.
