We’ve just got home from this gorgeous hotel and can’t recommend it enough. The location was ideal, about a 10-minute walk to the beach and 15-20 minutes on foot to Kos Town. Our room was great, the staff were all amazing, and the food was delicious. A full five out of five from us, and we’ll definitely be back xxx.

The pool area was lovely, with a good-sized pool and plenty of sunbeds to choose from. Our room was spacious, clean, fresh, and had everything we needed. The staff were wonderful, from breakfast until late at night. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were always friendly and smiling. My partner and I came for 10 days in mid-September. It was the best holiday we've had, and our first time in Kos definitely won't be our last. Thanks again for making it such a lovely trip. We'll be back ☺️.

The hotel restaurant was one of the best places we ate during the holiday, and breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice and really good quality. We also loved the pool, where there were sunbeds available whenever we went, and found the staff very friendly. We rented bikes for the week, so Kos-city was only 5-10 minutes away. That made it easy to head into town while staying in a quieter area. There are restaurants and beaches within walking distance, including Helen's and Joanna's beach, which was the best beach we could imagine. Another nice beach is about five minutes away by bike and is a lovely spot for sunset. The rooms were nice too. A great hotel, and one I'd recommend.

We stayed in room 427, which was immaculate and had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly and helpful, especially the bar staff. We also ate at the restaurant a few times and really enjoyed the meals. We’ve just got back from aegean houses after a lovely holiday. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

We had booked one night at first because there wasn’t much availability, but after our stay we returned the next day and added three more nights. We wanted more time in Kos, especially at Aegean Houses, and would happily come back again. The beach is an easy walk away, with lots of sunbed choices. You can rent one or use a beach club’s for free when you order food and drinks. The restaurant at the hotel is good value and the food is very good. We had a great time here, and there wasn’t anything about the stay we didn’t enjoy. Rooms with private pools are a great option for kids.
