ELENI HOTEL

We stayed in room 19, which was a lovely size, and there’s parking at the hotel. Hotel Eleni is in a handy spot near local amenities and the beachfront. It was clean every day, and the staff and owners were so welcoming and friendly. The hotel has a nice pool and is a good family-run place to stay. I love having coffee in the morning, so I went out for that, and we used quad bikes to get around during the day. Breakfast is available if you’re feeling adventurous. We had a fantastic seven nights in Kefalos, and this place really completed our holiday. I left a necklace hanging on the mirror, so hopefully they’ll keep it safe until next year :) I’d recommend it to anyone.

The owners were really friendly, and the pool was a good size with lots of sunbeds. We stayed five nights, and the room was a decent size for two, though the bathroom and shower were both on the small side. It was cleaned spotless every day. The hotel is in a great location, about 200 metres from the beach, with plenty of restaurants along the seafront. Breakfast was simple: a couple of cereals, bread, sliced ham and cheese or boiled eggs, plus juice and hot drinks.

The hotel is just off the main road, so we didn’t get traffic noise. The supermarket is three minutes away on foot, and the beach is about five minutes away. It’s also easy to walk to the bars and restaurants along Kefalos bay. We had a beautifully relaxing stay and would return. This is a lovely family-run hotel, well placed for Kefalos amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Our room was very clean, with towels and bedding changed daily except Sundays. The free breakfast was basic but nice. The pool is a nice size, with plenty of loungers, and there’s a bar serving snacks and drinks.

The hosts were so kind and attentive, always happy to help with a smile and good recommendations. That warm, welcoming hospitality really makes Hotel Eleni special. It’s a peaceful spot, still close to the beach and town center, and a lovely choice for a quiet break away from the crowds. Our room was clean, simple and comfortable, with an authentic Greek island feel. We really enjoyed our stay on Kos and would definitely come back. Highly recommended if you’re after a friendly, homely atmosphere.
