Manias Apartments

The rooms were just what we’d hoped for, and we were very pleased with them. The place is in a quiet area, about a 10-minute walk from the city center. There’s a car and scooter rental opposite, and a supermarket next door. The owner and his brother gave us a warm welcome, check-in was easy, and they helped with our luggage. At checkout we got a few gifts, too. Thanks so much! We only opened them later, so we didn’t get to thank you properly at the time. Warm regards, and thank you for the lovely stay.

I wouldn’t recommend staying here, even for one night. The place felt dirty, with dust on the furniture and no mosquito nets. Mosquitoes were everywhere, and my partner was bitten in six places. We also saw large silverfish darting under the bed, plus stained sheets and curtains and a dead spider on the shower curtain. It didn’t seem properly cleaned or maintained. The old, ineffective air conditioner wouldn’t hold its vent in a raised position, so it blew straight at the bed and made things uncomfortable. I can’t understand how this place has so many positive reviews. It wasn’t worth the money or the loss of peace of mind.

Everything was within a five-minute walk, so the location was perfect. Our room was clean and comfortable. Thanks to the owner, Sebastian, for being so kind.

We got such warm, family-style treatment from the great staff. The apartment is adorable and has all the essentials. They even gave us bracelets when we left. Thanks again, we’d happily recommend the place and book it again.
