We spent a week at Theros All Suite Hotel and had a wonderful time. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and friendly everywhere we went, and the modern architecture and relaxed feel were backed up by excellent upkeep, especially in the rooms. Food was a real high point. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was so good that we ate at the hotel restaurant nearly every night. The ingredients were great, with herbs of their own and a modern take on Greek food. We also enjoyed the spa. The gym is small, but well equipped and just right for holiday workouts. We’ll definitely return.

We had a private pool room that was spacious, tastefully furnished, and spotless. The hotel has a lovely village feel, and the public spaces are beautifully done, with a clear sense that a lot was invested in creating them. We hadn’t realized there were two separate restaurant, bar, and pool areas until we arrived. One restaurant and bar serves breakfast and lunch, and the other is for dinner. Breakfast was very good. We ate at the dinner restaurant twice during our week, and the quality was incredible, though the prices were high. Everyone we met on staff was friendly and helpful. Two small gripes: the air conditioning in our room felt a bit weak, and I’m not sure it would cope in peak season. We were there in mid-May. Also, people were reserving sunbeds around the main pool. See my photo from breakfast one morning. Still, it’s a stunning hotel and I’d highly recommend it.
On our second stay, the team made the whole experience memorable, and we’ll be back for our yearly visit next year. A special thank you to Theros, the staff, and especially manager Aspasia. It’s a joy to watch her move from table to table, making sure every guest gets the true Theros experience. The people are what make it all happen. Thank you for the great work and for showing again why Greek hospitality is unmatched.
We spent two nights at Theros on our honeymoon and can’t wait to return. Both restaurants served excellent food, the location was perfect, and every team member was kind, professional, and genuinely friendly. Our room was spotless and comfortable, with an amazing view. We especially loved the little personal touches that made the stay feel memorable.
The hotel is lovely, but poolside drinks can take up to an hour to arrive. When they do, the staff are friendly. Cocktails are about 15 euros and beer about 5, in line with the room prices. There are two pool areas, and during our May visit we didn’t see much sunbed claiming or loud behavior, though I can imagine inconsiderate guests could spoil a smaller hotel like this. The rooms are big, clean, and comfortable. Ours had a hot tub on the balcony, which worked beautifully on chilly days. The location is good too, about 10 minutes from kos and close to the beach. There were enough sunbeds when we visited in May, though I can imagine the supply might fall short in high season. Breakfast was good, with fresh buffet items, quality coffee, and nice à la carte choices. The fruit was the one letdown, as it didn’t seem local or fresh. The restaurants serve fine dining with Greek dishes, and it was interesting to see their take on Greek cuisine. Prices are higher than at tavernas, though they fit the room rates. The BBQ night was a bit disappointing because the meat was dry. The spa is very nice, and the treatments were well done by skilled staff, but they’re quite expensive, nearly twice the price of regular spas in Europe. All in all, it’s a very nice place. Faster drinks service would make it perfect.
