The setting at Kipi Mountain Resort made it easy to get out on some excellent hiking trails. We also really enjoyed the generous, tasty breakfasts, and the staff were helpful and accommodating the whole time. Our room was comfortable and well kept. We had a very satisfying stay, and I'd highly recommend it.

We called because the drive to the hotel would take a long time and we'd arrive after dark. They confirmed over the phone that they would cancel that night's reservation for free. About half an hour later, it still hadn't been cancelled, so we called again. The same person said not to worry, that he'd take care of it, and that he was busy checking in other guests at the moment. A few days later, after we'd gone elsewhere, the hotel charged us for the night. We spoke with Booking and played them the recordings, but they said they couldn't act on the basis of those calls. Apparently the owner knows this trick. I'd read reviews here and on Google saying he wasn't a nice person, so I'm not surprised now. 9.3.26 - I still haven't received the money the hotel stole from me.

The rooms were clean, and the location has some charm. Still, there are a lot of stairs, which could be difficult for some guests and families. The pool was small and plastic, and the water was quite cold, so it wasn't much of a place to relax. I'd look at other options before booking.

We paid 549 euro for 2 days, and it really wasn't worth it. Our room smelled moldy, with spider nests in the ceiling spotlights. Breakfast was terrible, and some of the staff were completely unfriendly. The spa and pool were basically nonexistent. Worst experience ever.

A quiet hotel with good rooms, a nice breakfast, and friendly staff. Super hotel.
