Bad experience. We booked in March for July, then had to cancel. They didn’t reply to Booking, which made the process more complicated. Now it’s almost impossible to find a decent hotel on the island. Avoid!

I only found out the July reservation couldn’t be honored because I checked with the hotel myself. If I hadn’t asked whether the booking was going ahead, I’m not sure anyone would have told me before I turned up in July. After seeing the two negative reviews here, I contacted the hotel directly, and they confirmed the problem. They also said I had to get in touch with Booking myself to arrange the cancellation.

Unreliable! We’d already paid for our Booking reservations, and they sent us messages asking us to cancel, saying they’d do us the favor of not charging a cancellation fee. How can they do that?
