Crystal Villas

We booked four nights ahead and paid in advance for our family, two adults and children aged 4 and 7. After roughly 12 hours at the villa, we decided to leave because it didn't feel suitable for a family with young kids. There were too many hazards to take your eyes off the children for even a second: narrow, dangerous stairs inside, a broken living room table with wooden parts that could hurt someone, an open pool machine room that couldn't be shut, slippery flooring by the pool, and other issues. The kitchen also had ants. The master bedroom AC didn't work properly, the shower head was broken, and the water pressure was a joke. The villas are very isolated, the area feels neglected, and the roads are dark at night. Although the villa is near a beautiful bay, trees block the sea and sunset views, so you can't really enjoy them. The owner still refuses to reply to us or take responsibility for our complaints, respond to Booking, or refund our money. It feels like theft. I can't understand how the property has such a high rating. I absolutely do NOT recommend it.
