The hosts were lovely and welcoming, and both the room and atmosphere were wonderful. The place was spotless, nicely furnished, and well supplied. I also loved seeing the little birds in the garden trees. Their care for the environment and small details was refreshing, from recycling and reuse of materials to the construction itself.

Antonis and Stella made our month at New Aurora Apartments feel like staying with family. Stella kept on top of the cleaning and fresh linens, while Antonis helped us with whatever came up. When we mentioned a leaking shower hose, he had it replaced within an hour. They take real pride in the property, look out for guests’ safety and comfort, share local events and information, and go out of their way to help. We’ve stayed in touch since coming home and plan to return next year to see them again. We came to Ferma in September for a month of daily swimming while I recovered from hip surgery. We already knew the area from earlier visits and picked it for its nearby beach, supermarket, and restaurants. We didn’t want to rent a car for the whole month just to leave it unused. There is a car hire shop in the village, and we rented a vehicle a few times to visit other places. While we were planning around my recovery, we spoke with the proprietor, Antonis, several times. He was very helpful and even arranged our airport transport. We were lucky to find accommodation for the full month. The apartments and studios are roomy, comfortable, and extremely clean, and the WiFi is very good. There’s a busy road outside, but we couldn’t hear it inside. Each room has a large fridge and basic cooking facilities and equipment. Upstairs rooms have sea-view balconies; downstairs ones have spacious sea-facing terraces with seating and sun umbrellas.

A quiet, well-kept place that’s great for a relaxing holiday. Several beaches with clear water and lovely thick sand are close by. The accommodation is clean and has everything needed for a stay, with restaurants, a supermarket, and other things you might need nearby. The hosts were kind and incredibly helpful. I’d go back at the first opportunity 👌
