The rooms were clean, and you get what you pay for. But the worst part of our stay was management's behaviour. There was no accountability, and sadly we weren't the only guests treated this way. As a seasoned traveller, I've never had service this bad from management. They changed the breakfast times without telling us at check-in, then blamed us for not saying when we'd arrive, even though there were set times. I can't really rate the breakfast, and it wasn't worth the extra cost when local cafes offer great breakfasts. We also weren't told about parking rebates, so we paid the full price. Management said we should have asked before parking at the hotel, even though we did ask. We're used to getting this kind of information at check-in.

The reception staff were really knowledgeable about local markets and amenities, and happy to share information and advice. The rooms were clean and tidy, too. It's only a few minutes' walk from the city centre, beside a car park and a supermarket. Excellent service and good value, whether you're visiting or here for business.

The room was spacious and warm, and though it's old, it's well kept and clean. Breakfast was simple but freshly made, with enough for the whole family. There's parking in front of the hotel. It's right in the centre of Kozani, just a short walk from town. I'd definitely stay there again if I find myself in Kozani.

We were really pleased with the friendly service and clean rooms. It's a family hotel right in the heart of Kozani, and good value for money. We might come back.

Breakfast came to the room, with plenty of different things to choose from. The room was very clean, and the hotel is close to the centre of Kozani. The receptionist was friendly and polite, and clearly cared about giving good service. He did a great job for me. Strongly recommended!
