The staff were friendly, and at least the air conditioner worked. But the rooms were miserable: they stank, and the bathroom was disgusting. I personally wouldn't recommend the hotel if cleanliness matters to you.

It's quiet at night and through the day too, even though the hotel is beside the main road into Kozani. We couldn't hear the cars. The owner is down to earth and really knows and loves Kozani, while the staff were friendly and helpful. Service was fast, and the food and drinks were very enjoyable. Breakfast was simple but felt homemade and prepared with care. The room was spacious; cleanliness wasn't a perfect 10/10, but I'd give it a 9/10. The hotel was clean, reasonably priced, has plenty of parking and is easy to find. I'm very satisfied and would definitely recommend it!

The outside is okay, but inside it was terrible. It was very dirty, smelled disgusting and musty, and there was cigarette smoke. The furniture was old too. Just bad.

We paid 62 Euros with breakfast for a stay from 4 AM until checkout at 10 AM, and it was the most expensive hotel room we'd had on our trip through Europe. The room was in the worst condition of any of them. It needs renovation and looked dirty, and it smelled bad. Since the hotel is right by the road, it was noisy too. I'll post pictures of the room and breakfast. Not recommended.

We were stranded in the area because of a car problem, and Aris welcomed my brother, our pets and me. He was so helpful. Thank you very much for everything 🙏🏼
