The beach isn't within walking distance, but it's only 4 min by car. Getting to the villa can be difficult in a regular car. Wi-Fi was good, and there's parking for more than 4 cars, though the backyard parking area smelled of diesel fuel. Mosquitoes were plentiful inside and outside, and there were lots of ants in the kitchen. The villa is very nice and clean, with five Queen size bed bedrooms upstairs and a large kitchen and living room downstairs. Every bedroom has air-conditioning, but bathroom access is split: three bedrooms share one bathroom, and the other two share another. The third bathroom is downstairs beside the kitchen. There's hot water all the time. The first floor has no air-conditioning, only a regular mobile fan, which is a huge minus.

Hello. I had a pretty unpleasant stay. We checked in on 24.06.2024 and were allowed in at 15:00. At first things seemed okay, though the house didn't really match all the features listed on the website and was far from the pictures, with nothing for children. The worst part was dealing with the owner at checkout. He was arrogant and nervous, and didn't know how to speak to customers politely. There was also a very unpleasant smell around the house, like lamp oil or fuel oil, though I can't say exactly what it was. The nearest beach was about 2 km away, so we had to drive there every day because walking was too far. During the stay, we had no electricity for half a day on the second day, and the hot water stopped on the third. The internet disappeared and came back almost every day. We had to buy toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and garbage bags ourselves. There was no trash can at the house, so we had to take rubbish to the local garbage 300-400m away.

We'd pick this house again for a holiday. It's very spacious and well equipped, with a lovely garden and a barbecue, and there's a great beach nearby. Everything was perfect!

We were three families, and this is a lovely, well-equipped place to spend time. Getting there is the downside: the last part of the road is rough, especially after rain, though some people haven't mentioned it. We recommend the place.
