I was comfortable in the Ira villa, and it had everything I needed inside, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Outside there’s a pool, ping pong table and BBQ. The bed felt a bit hard to me, though that’s personal preference. It could use a little care here and there, but it worked for what I needed. The location is a quieter area, a few miles from shops, which I liked, although others may not. The road nearby can get busy, so if traffic noise bothers you, one of the villas that doesn’t face the sea may not suit you. A friendly maintenance man came by to give the pool a quick clean. We had a breaker trip and it wouldn’t reset, leaving the pool and garden lights out. I messaged the manager, who got back to us quickly, and it was fixed the next morning. Would I stay again? Yes.

The spot is hard to beat, with the villa right by clear sea water and a quiet pebble beach just outside. We loved the calm, private feel of the garden, pool, loungers, BBQ area and shaded portico with its big table. Having breakfast out there as the sun came up over the water was special. The modern villa was spotless and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. Restaurants are about a five-minute drive away, and Gennadi is roughly ten minutes by car, with shops, supermarkets and a great bakery. We had a wonderful time at Villa Lahania and would happily recommend it.

You'll need a car since this villa is a little out of the way, though Gennadi, with a few nice restaurants and small shops, is the nearest village. The house is right on the beach, the rooms are large, and the WiFi gave us no trouble. Mojito bar is about a five-minute walk away. One small thing that would've helped: a welcome basket with tea and coffee. We arrived late at night when everything was shut.

The beds were really comfortable and the beach setting is gorgeous, with sun from early morning. I can't find much to fault, though it's a bit remote, so a rental car is a good idea. Mojito bar is only a five-minute walk away. WiFi is an issue, so don't count on a good connection.

The place was spotless, and they even did a mid-stay clean and changed the linen. Our local contact was fantastic. It’s a good base for exploring, and the villa has what you need to feel at home and cook for yourself if you want.
