The staff were friendly, but this hotel really needs an upgrade. My two friends and I booked a week, and within 20 minutes of arriving, a lot of water started leaking from the ceiling for about 25 minutes. We couldn't get another room that night and had to wait until the next day to move. They said the sheets and linens were changed three times a week, but that didn't happen. The same stains that were on the bedding and pillows when we arrived were still there when we left. The pool is best avoided too: the chlorine was so strong it left orange stains on all three pairs of our swim shorts. Wi-Fi in our room was almost nonexistent, and we had to go outside the front of the hotel to connect, which is unacceptable. The food was alright and so was the location, but don't expect too much when booking.

It feels like home here, really cozy and calm. The receptionists and everyone else are so sweet, and I felt very safe. Great location too, just 1 min from the ocean and near lots of restaurants.

A really nice, quiet place. The woman at reception and the bar is amazing and always smiling. There's a shop right out front and the beach is 100 m away.

We were happy with the stay overall, and the free upgrade was a lovely surprise. The staff were nice, the room and facilities were clean and tidy, the pool was pleasant, and the location was great, close to everything but on a quieter street. A few things brought the rating down: there's no fan, just AC at €50/week; cleaning is only every other day; and hot water runs out quickly, so evening showers were basically cold. The shower drain was blocked, and nothing was done after we reported it.

The apartments were very small and cramped, but they were clean and well looked after. I liked the pool area, and the beach is very close. My only complaint was that you couldn't bring your own drinks or snacks to the pool and had to buy them from the pool bar, which didn't have much to offer. Still lovely overall.
