Room 701 was a premium room and worked perfectly for a holiday with my best friend. The hotel felt modern and clean, and the staff gave us a really warm welcome. Panagiotis was especially lovely, always smiling and happy to help. He even carried our bags up to the rooms. We were very pleased with the service.

The cleaners deserve five stars. They did a fantastic job and were always smiling. The security guards and lobbyists also made us comfortable and took our complaints seriously. The hotel itself has nice rooms, good pools, and good service, but there were lots of young British guests partying loudly at night. Security did rounds and stopped the parties after 1 am, so it wasn’t noisy all night. I wouldn’t bring kids here.

George, the hotel manager, made getting around really easy. We mentioned trips to boats, waterparks, or town, and within minutes he’d arranged a private hotel taxi. His advice on the best days and times was spot on, and he suggested some good restaurants too. We had a great seven days here. Staff were friendly and attentive, even bringing food and drinks to us by the pool. The restaurant was consistently nice, with tables for groups of different sizes, and the food was very good value for any board option. We were room only but ate there most days. Our room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets and towels, and the doorbell feature meant no loud knocking.

The hotel was okay, with a good atmosphere and clean rooms for the price. There were quite a few drunk young people, and some got noisy at night. I also had trouble with housekeeping. I’d head out early and get back late, and even after pressing the room-cleaning button, the towels were often the same ones, either unchanged or poorly washed. At reception they charge a €25 tax for pollution or something like that.
