Pallas

The salads were especially good, and there was a decent range of drinks on the all-inclusive plan. Since Pallas Hotel is smaller, the food selection was more limited than at a large resort. I have a dietary requirement, and the unclear labels made eating difficult. Some dishes were marked vegetarian when they weren't. Friends could check things for me, but anyone with an allergy or serious intolerance should be aware this may be a concern and could make the hotel unsuitable. We enjoyed our trip. The staff were welcoming and attentive, and the clean, lovely hotel had a relaxed, elegant feel. The entertainment was generally good. If you're going into town, I'd suggest taking a taxi or the happy train to Zante town. It's a beautiful place away from the Laganas strip and well worth visiting.

The buffet was a real highlight. Every lunch and dinner had something different, and the food genuinely tasted amazing. We were all-inclusive. We also paid £50 to upgrade to a suite with a hot tub. The hotel was super clean, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. It's about a 10-minute walk to the strip and 20 minutes to the gorgeous beach. I'd highly recommend staying here.

The main strip is only about 10 minutes away, and the hotel feels modern with lovely staff. You can stay in for live events or head out and see a bit of Zakynthos, so there's something for everyone.

The location was the one letdown for us. We stayed in May 2025, though, and really liked the hotel. The staff were friendly, the rooms were fine, and the food was great all week, with different dishes each evening. We did struggle to find sunbeds.
