The owners were really nice and helpful, but the stay wasn't very restful. Neighbors were loud at dawn several times, and telling the owner didn't make much difference. The toilet, bathroom, bed, and kitchen weren't in very good condition, and cleanliness could have been better. The Wi-Fi was awful, barely enough to send a photo. If you're coming to relax, don't book at Laganas.

Our stay was the worst experience, and everyone was rude. We weren't trying to badmouth anyone or lie, and the fact that the reviews came from the same group doesn't mean there was bad intent. We felt the way we were treated was very poor and clearly unprofessional.

We stayed for a week and had no major problems. The location worked well for us, with easy access to the beach and to the strip with its bars and clubs, so the hotel is perfectly adequate for a party holiday. There were a few knocks when we'd asked for the room to be cleaned, as there was no "Do Not Disturb" sign, but it wasn't a big issue. One time the bathroom sink wasn't cleaned, which was disappointing. Check-in later went smoothly, and we appreciated the owner coming by in person. We'd arrived before the official check-in time after an early flight. Only the cleaning staff were at reception then, and they spoke only Greek, so communication was a little difficult. We eventually made clear that the room wasn't ready, which was fine with us.

For three nights, the sheets and towels were never changed. Staff came in without knocking, banged on the door, and only replaced the bin liner, as though that counted as cleaning. On departure day, the owner woke us at 7:30 by banging on the door, even though checkout was at 10. We had paid until then, but were made to leave the room early. The owner was extremely rude and showed no hospitality. When we asked to pay by card, she said coldly that she had no POS and thought not accepting cards was perfectly normal, even in a tourist area in 2025. It was one of the worst stays we've had, with service that showed no respect for customers or basic hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
