Thanasis and Vaso were lovely and made us feel like family. Our flight was delayed and we got in late, but they had left water on our doorstep. They were so friendly and ready to help with any questions. The rooms were clean, and there's a lovely shared garden where you can have coffee or enjoy a summer evening with a nice wine. Highly recommended.

The Siatis family made us feel so welcome. They were warm, accommodating, and happy to help with anything. Villa San Andreas felt like a little piece of paradise, and we found the ideal balance: Laganas is lively, but the villa is nearby without being too close. It's about a seven-minute drive from town or roughly a 25-minute walk, though we didn't try walking it. The island is magical, and we'll definitely return. The apartment was clean and thoughtfully arranged for a family of four. We had two children under 13. Little details made a difference: mosquito nets on the patio doors and a plug-in repellent, a large fridge and freezer for groceries, and a well-equipped kitchen with basics like salt, pepper, and vinegar that you might not want to bring along. There were plenty of fresh towels and the linen was changed every few days. There are several seating spots around the villa, so we could find shade at different times of day among the olive groves and trees. The nearby pool, just a few yards away, was free to use, with sunbeds and umbrellas, as long as you bought something, even just a coffee, with no minimum spend. There's also a taverna at the same place with a beautiful view, handy if you don't feel like going into town or cooking. If you're looking for an easy, well-priced holiday in a lovely setting, I'd wholeheartedly recommend it. One extra treat: because the villa sits higher on a hill, you can watch planes taking off and landing at the airport without hearing them.

The garden shared by the apartments was lovely, and the setting among olive groves felt peaceful. We spent a wonderful week at Villa San Andreas with our children, who are 8 and 11. The taverna next door serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can use its pool if you order a small meal. Our hosts were very friendly, and the apartment had what we needed, including a kitchenette with cookware, mosquito nets, and plenty of clean towels.
