We went in October, near the end of the season, when most of the Laganas strip had shut for winter. It was an enjoyable stay and good value for money, though I'm not sure I'd return to Laganas. There are two pool areas, both clean and with plenty of sunbeds. The snack bar is beside the larger pool, so drinks and snacks are easy to get during the day. The hotel is small and friendly, but the reception area also serves dinner, entertainment and general seating. It felt busy, and finding a table could be difficult. There is a separate snack bar area too, with daytime snacks and dinner in the evening. Food was good in both range and quality, with themed evenings as well as the usual buffet. The bar and dinner staff worked hard clearing tables and were generally polite and friendly. Our twin room was clean but tired, and could use maintenance. That seemed fair for a three-star Greek hotel. Air conditioning and a safe cost extra. There are lots of steps, which would be restrictive for guests with serious mobility issues.
