We were a short 5-10 minute walk from either the beach or the bakery, which had very nice pastries. The house was well equipped, with a good pool and terrace, plus an outdoor BBQ. The one thing I found awkward was the staircase, with its odd changes in height. Kostas greeted us, showed us how the house and AC worked, and handed over the keys for the secure driveway, which kept outsiders from entering. We had the house for 4-6 people, a good setup with children. The door to the private pool locks up high so kids can’t open it. Each room has its own AC. The house looked very good, especially by Greek building standards 😉. The pool and towels were refreshed every three days, and the house and beds were cleaned or made up every seven days. Trash was taken out daily. There’s a bubble bath in the upstairs bathroom and a shower with a rain head on the first floor. Kostas’s mother helps clean the houses and is very friendly. They both speak English very well and can be reached by phone, WhatsApp or SMS at any time. We didn’t really hear the nearby hotels’ children’s discos or other noise. It’s a very nice place, though not especially cheap. If you can afford it, consider staying here.

We loved being close to the beach, and really enjoyed this part of Rhodos, especially its little beaches. The house and garden were beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. The owner and his mother were so friendly and helpful, easy to reach, and spoke perfect English. We were there at the end of October. The weather was around 25-26 degrees, just right for the beach, and we could pick pomegranates from the garden tree. With a toddler, having a washing machine was a big help.

Kostas was always available to help or give advice during our stay. The place is family-run, and we had a perfect time here. The house was very clean and had all the holiday essentials. We were welcomed with a bottle of locally produced olive oil that was so good we drank it like water. The garden stays green and is three times larger than the house. We used the outdoor BBQ every day, and it has running water and was cleaned each morning. The pool was also cleaned regularly in the mornings, and the evenings were quiet. We enjoyed our stay a lot and will definitely return.

The owner is fantastic, really kind and always trying to help. The pool was cleaned regularly and we always had fresh towels. The place is very clean, with two floors and two bedrooms, a private pool, heating, a bathtub and a shower. The kitchen could use more plates, pans and utensils. A great spot for spending time on Rhodes.
