We arrived to find they’d given our reserved room to someone else and put us in a different room, where the shower didn’t work and the bathroom was dirty. When we raised it, they said no other rooms were available and it was too late to get a plumber. It seemed they already knew about the faulty shower and hadn’t fixed it. I expect the next guest may run into the same issue. We couldn’t shower at all.

The service really let this place down. The man at reception was negative and no help, and the woman at the bar often ignored us even though we were paying customers. On our final night, they left us without water and brushed us off when we asked. The old town location is amazing, though the music went on until about 3 a.m. We were tired enough that it didn’t bother us much. The place also wasn’t nearly as dirty as some reviews made it sound. Still, poor service overshadowed the rest.

The balcony view and location were fantastic, but the buffet and rooms were close to awful. The cleaners tried to keep things tidy, but it didn’t make a difference. The shower was the worst part. It had enough hot water, but there was no holder for the shower head. I don’t recommend it.

You’re mostly paying for the location, which is the best in Lefkada Town. The rooms are just fine, nothing special, but there’s nothing to complain about either. It’s a good value for a visit to Lefkada, since you probably won’t spend much time in the room anyway.
