Funtukaki by the Pool

The lobby and lounge were especially lovely, cozy places to relax, and the whole hotel felt tastefully decorated and well maintained. Our recently renovated room looked fresh and modern, was clean and neat, and had everything we needed. Cleaning was excellent. The kitchen area was a real plus, with a stove, kettle, dishes, and cutlery, all the essentials thoughtfully provided. Not many hotels include details like that in the room. A few little things could be better. The air conditioner showed an error on our last night and needed restarting a few times. There wasn't a “Do Not Disturb” sign, which would have helped when we wanted to skip cleaning or make sure no one came in. The pool was open only from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which is when most guests are at the beach. We chose the hotel partly for the pool and hoped to relax there in the evening after the sea, but it was already closed then. It would be nice if it stayed open a bit later. Those are minor issues alongside the many good things. We were very satisfied and would happily recommend the hotel.

I loved staying at Funtukaki by the pool Apartments. The location near the beach made it easy to explore the area, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to every detail. My room was spacious, spotless, brand new, and super stylish, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable visit. I'd highly recommend it for a relaxing, enjoyable stay!

The hotel design and the materials they used were lovely, and our room was clean and cozy. We found it so relaxing to sit by the pool on the comfortable furniture with a glass of wine. The ladies on staff were very polite and kind, spoke excellent English, and helped me with suggestions for tasty restaurants in the village and good beaches nearby. For that price, it's rare to find such a nice hotel in the area. I'd definitely stay again.

I stayed for two days. The place is brand new, clean, and modern, and the location is good. But the room has the worst sound insulation. We were on the ground floor, with a sitting area right outside our room, and guests sat there making noise from very early in the morning until very late at night. Even the cleaning lady was doing the same 😊. We couldn't get a good night's sleep, even on vacation.
