The location made it easy to head to the sea for morning or evening walks, since the beach is only a two-minute walk away, or less. Private parking also made things simple and stress-free. The hosts were a thoughtful, welcoming couple who made us feel at home right away, and someone was always at reception to help with directions or local tips. The apartment was brand new, beautifully designed, and incredibly clean, with plenty of room even after we added a baby bed. The building was spotless and modern, with an elevator and reception area. I'd give it 11/10, recommend it wholeheartedly, and love to come back.

We were thrilled with the stay. The hosts were lovely, welcoming, and always ready to help, and the apartment was clean, tidy, and well equipped. It's close to everything you might need, with parking right in front. Their beach and beach bar recommendations were especially useful, every one was a perfect choice. All praise, and our sincere recommendation!

The balcony was spacious and nicely furnished, perfect for sitting together as a family in the evening. Parking was never an issue, and the hosts were warm, friendly, and genuinely caring. NERIUM Apartments in Leptokaria suited our family with a child so well. Everything was new, super clean, comfortable, and cozy. We'd definitely come back. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

It's a good fit for a family holiday or a trip with friends. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean, in a convenient, quiet spot with a beautiful view and lots of places to visit nearby. The hosts are kind, sociable people. I recommend it!

I didn't recommend this place after our stay. The rooms were nice but very small for the high prices. There was a small fridge, cleaning happened every three days, and fresh towels weren't provided regularly. We had booked three days and told the owner we would leave on the last day. They assured us it would be no problem and that we'd get a refund. When we got back, though, they refunded only 50% of the amount, which left us disappointed.
