Maria and her family were lovely and very accommodating. The apartment was modern, clean, and quiet, and I enjoyed my stay. I’ll definitely stay at Philippos residence again next time I’m in Leptokaria.

It stayed quiet at night since it’s away from the center, which I really liked. Shops and cafes are close by, and there’s a supermarket too. The new, modern building has apartments that feel different from the usual places in the area, with modern furniture, a nice view, and everything you need. They’re clean and comfortable, and they can help if you need anything. A perfect place to stay in Leptokarya, whether you’re a couple or a family.

The bathroom and toilet are accessible for people with disabilities. The rooms are clean and cozy, with everything you need to be comfortable for a weekend or even a whole week. An amazing place.

It takes about 7-8 minutes to get to "Skotina" beach. The host is incredibly hospitable, and the apartments are furnished in a very modern style with exceptional comfort. Fantastic facility! You're in the right place, look no further 😊
