The kind lady and the house's proximity to the beach were the good parts. Otherwise, it wasn't worth the money. It's near a main road and very noisy, the bedrooms are tiny, the furniture is cheap and low quality, and the kitchen is poorly equipped.

The unit is about a hundred meters from the beach, but the nearest stretch isn't attractive. There are better beaches within walking or driving distance. The apartment has potential, but the bedrooms are up two floors and have no air conditioning of their own. There is only A/C in the hallway, so you need to sleep with the bedroom doors open to feel it. The kitchen is short on equipment, including cutlery and utensils, and noise from the many vehicles on nearby roads is common.

Right by the beach, and kept clean and tidy.

Close to the beach, but away from the town's hustle and bustle. The location is excellent.
