The apartment was comfortable, in a great location, and had two lovely terraces. The host was very nice, but communication was poor: they only speak Greek and were very hard to reach by phone. The apartment felt neglected and outdated. Furnishings were poor, there was no cooking equipment, and despite the listing, there was no parking, so the only option was the street. Cleaning was very poor or didn't happen at all. Towels and bed linen were changed only every four days. The air conditioner was covered in mold and dust and seemed not to have been serviced in a long time. There were no parasols on the terraces, and nowhere to sit out of the heat after noon. The price was poor value. I won't book this as a vacation rental again.

Everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday was there, in a thoughtfully designed house. It's close to the sea, and the nearby beaches aren't crowded.

We were very satisfied. The area is quiet, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. The place is spacious and clean inside and out. It has bath towels, a sandwich maker, kettle, stove, and air conditioning that only works with the card. The refrigerator runs independently of the electricity card.

Never again, this villa was a disaster! The WiFi was terrible, the water heater hadn't been cleaned and smelled awful, and there were roaches everywhere and big spiders. I had to buy cleaning products and clean them myself. Towels were changed only once in ten days, even though I had two small children with me, and the apartment was cleaned once.

The room we were assigned is in the basement, despite the owners describing it as being on the ground floor. You can only guess that from one unclear photo; the listing doesn't say so. There was also a strong sewage and mold smell, and hot water wasn't available around the clock. This place isn't suitable for a stay. Please don't treat guests as if they won't notice.
