The setting is quiet, while the beach and restaurants are still close by. The staff were friendly, the room was cleaned daily, and both breakfast and dinner tasted good. My one wish is for dinner to include juice or coffee, like breakfast does, since water is the only drink included. Thanks!

Meals were a highlight: the food was delicious and there was a good variety, with a choice of meat or fish at dinner along with plenty of salads and sides. It would have been nice to have more dinner drinks, as only water was available. The hotel in Hersonissos has a wonderful location, clean rooms and nice, helpful staff. Thanks!

My girlfriend and I booked a superior room for ten nights, expecting comfort and basic amenities. The stay was stressful and uncomfortable, and nowhere near worth the money. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone wanting rest, reliability or basic hospitality. The airport transfer was a mess. The hotel advertises a €100 round-trip taxi service, but it wasn't arranged properly, so I paid the driver €45 directly. The hotel still charged me the full €100. I eventually got the €45 back, but was still €5 short, which felt like being scammed in plain sight. The room was consistently above 29°C because the air conditioning never worked. I asked for updates every day and was repeatedly told the mechanic hadn't come. After five days they gave us a mobile fan, which barely helped. There was no proactive communication or solution, and they wouldn't offer a room change despite multiple requests. When I asked about a partial refund or moving to a smaller room, I was told, “A/C is not something you paid for.” That's absurd. Choosing a hotel that advertises A/C implies it's part of the stay. The dismissive staff attitude was especially surprising after reading the positive reviews. Other problems added up: breakfast was repetitive and bland; cleaning was inconsistent even when the “please clean” sign was out; cash left on the table disappeared, and other guests told us jewelry and other items had gone missing. It was extremely noisy and hard to sleep, especially in the heat. Pool beds were limited, so don't expect a spot unless you're up early. WiFi was unreliable. The superior room faces inward and has no view, so choose another room type if scenery matters. The shower was decent, the location convenient, and beach towels were available on request. Those are standard things you'd find at most hotels.

The breakfast was very disappointing. It was brought over each night at 22:00 to be served the next morning, and there wasn't much to eat, just baked tomatoes with cheese. The hotel has been renovated and the reception looks beautiful. We arrived at 7 am after traveling all night and were allowed to rest straight away instead of waiting until 3 pm. Our room wasn't large but was clean, with a balcony, very comfortable beds, air conditioning and towels changed daily. The fridge didn't cool very well. There is a pool with comfortable sunbeds, though cars behind the fence near the parking lot raise dust. The staff were nice, and we could extend our late departure until 17:30 for 20 Eur, which was unreal!
