Azure Mare Hotel

The staff were friendly and helpful, ready with answers and local tips, and breakfast was simple but fresh with enough choice to get going. I liked the small balcony, especially the pleasant sea view in the morning. The room felt cozy and was clean and well maintained, with a comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. Hotel Azure Mare was a pleasant surprise for a 3-star place, with good comfort for the price. It's an easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants, and local sights. I'd consider coming back.

The location puts you right by the action in Herssonisos, and we had a room for three that was a decent size. Breakfast was good, both the service and the food, cleanliness was well attended to, and the Wi-Fi was amazing. The pool area was bright and had decent space. There were some missing amenities, including a hairdryer, and a shower gel dispenser would've been useful. The bathroom ventilation didn't work, leaving the room humid. For a budget stay with decent service, it could be a good fit.

The location is the main advantage, and the balcony has a great sea view. But the room itself was dark and felt a bit shady, and needs a lot of improvement. There wasn't even a decent-sized mirror or bathroom toiletries. It might be okay for solo travelers or bachelors, but not really good enough for couples.

The staff seemed nice and were trying their best, which I felt sorry for them having to do in such a terrible hotel. The rooms are rundown and falling apart. The pool was tiny, dirty with orange marks around the edge, and the water was cloudy. This doesn't deserve 3 stars, and it's one of the worst hotels I've stayed in. Avoid it. Sleep was almost impossible because of the club right next door. Its bass shook the room, and flashing lights came through curtains that barely blocked any light. People were screaming in the corridors, and cleaners started early after a night with no sleep. The town itself felt like a dump, with loads of trashy clubs playing music from 15 years ago.
