Dinner changed each night and was always fresh, flavourful and delicious. Breakfast was much the same day to day, with both hot and cold choices. Housekeeping came daily with fresh towels, and the staff were friendly. The hotel is only minutes from the beach, shops and restaurants, so we had a great stay overall. Unfortunately my boyfriend got severe food poisoning the day before we left, likely from dinner, as we hadn't eaten outside the hotel. He had the curried chicken, fried cauliflower and raspberry cake, which I didn't eat. His flight wasn't until evening, and it would've been nice if the staff had offered a later checkout without charging extra so he could get some more rest.

Every dinner felt like a work of art, and the hotel's family-friendly atmosphere made the vacation memorable. The staff were pleasant, the food was excellent, and the location was ideal. We had certain expectations, but Harma Boutique Hotel exceeded them by far. Our flight wasn't until about ten hours after checkout, and luckily we could leave our luggage at the hotel.

Dinner had a different menu each night, and the food was great. The room was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and nice. It's about five minutes from the sea, beach, shops and cafes. For better views, sandier beaches and fewer crowds, though, you'll probably want to visit the beaches farther away. I'd definitely recommend staying here and would come back if I'm in Crete again.

Nikos, the night barman, was a great person to ask for local information, and the bar prices were very good compared with other places in Hersonissos. The rooms were clean, modern and new, the food was excellent, and the staff were friendly. Great location too. I'd definitely recommend this hotel.

The room had a comfortable, very modern design, and the staff were professional and welcoming. Everything was clean, the service was high quality, and there was a wide choice of food cooked just right. I'd definitely come back with the same enthusiasm.
